With 2018 concluding, I watched many different anime this year. While not every anime was completed I did watch a wide variety of genres and only dropped a few. The following is a list of my favourite anime from this year.
Disclaimer: I am not rating these anime based on how good or bad I think they are. The ratings come from my enjoyment while watching each series. The list only feature completed anime and not anime that were dropped. Titles are in alphabetical order per tier.
S Tier (10/10)
Banana Fish

Killing Bites
After unknowingly participating in a kidnapping, college student Yuuya Nomoto finds his friends brutally murdered by Hitomi Uzaki, the high school girl they attempted to abduct. Forced to drive her to an undisclosed location, he finds himself being wagered as the prize for a death match between two Therianthropes, superpowered human-animal hybrids created through advanced gene therapy. As one of these hybrids, Hitomi uses the speed and fearlessness she gained from her ratel genes to viciously dispatch her foe and save Yuuya from certain death.

Mahou Shoujo Site
Aya Asagiri is a middle school girl who has problems both at school with bullying and at home from physical abuse by her brother. While browsing online, a website pops up on her computer featuring a creepy looking person. This person appears to take pity on her, and announces that she has granted Asagiri magical powers.

Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai (Rascal Does not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai)
Sakuta has interactions with different girls in arc format as they deal with 'Puberty Syndrome'. This syndrome deals with the social, psychological, and physical problems adolescent youth go through in high school. The anime has a plethora of likeable characters, engaging characters, and a compelling story.
A+ Tier (9/10)
Black Clover
Please note that this is a 2017 title. As stated in previous lists I am counting Black Clover in my 2018 lists because the majority of the anime aired in 2018. If the anime does continue to air in 2019 it will not be on next years list.
